Today the Leader of the Council, Heather Scott has written an open letter to Darlington Borough Council’s Monitoring Officer to investigate the despicable conduct of two Labour Councillors.
It is good to see the Cabinet taking a tough stance on this behaviour and calling out this deep rooted culture.
